COMEDK stands for Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. COMEDK conducts the undergraduate entrance tests (UGET) annually which is the gateway for admissions to engineering and medical courses in Karnataka. More than 120 private and government colleges/universities accept the COMEDK scorecard.

COMEDK Preparation Strategy

Go through the entire syllabus
Students are advised to first go through the entire syllabus of the subjects, that is PCB for medical courses while PCM for engineering courses. As every student is familiar, not every chapter or topic carries equal weightage, candidates should make a priority list of topics as per their weightage in the COMEDK examination.
COMEDK official website contains all the relevant and required statistics concerning the syllabus of the course. Making a priority list, along with a timeline for completion of the entire syllabus not only will give you a proper path but will also increase your chances of scoring a good score even if you are not able to complete the entire syllabus before the exam date. It is advised that students should make a habit of solving mock tests daily after they have finished around ⅓ of the syllabus. Solving mock tests will put students in a better position to attempt the real exam.
